Link for HCCA Advisement Information Each school year, students are invited to request courses at Houston College & Career Academy. All five high schools are given limited seats to each of the programs they offer.  Enrollment in HCCA pathways is a year-long committment. and require a 2.0 GPA. At HCHS, rising 10th - 12th grade students are invited to request courses at HCCA. Pathway courses at HCCA take up two periods on the 7-period schedule (to allow for bus travel time to/from HCCA). Some pathways are dual enollment college courses with Central Georgia Technical College and some are only high school courses.  This year the Google form to request HCCA courses will be released on January 28, 2026.

For appointments:

Students may come to the counseling office before and after school to make appointments. Students are not released during class time to make appointments. Emergencies are handled on an immediate need basis.

Parents should call 478-988-6340 to schedule a parent/teacher conference. Please give your child's name, grade level, and the nature of your call. Calls are returned as soon as possible.
