Coach Dollar began his teaching career in 1998 at Miami Central in Miami, Florida.  He taught at Naples High School in Naples, FL for 20 years.  He then taught at Mustang High School in Mustang, Oklahoma.

Coach Dollar played football at Evangel University in Springfield, MO.  Coach Dollar has a Bachelor of Science of Physical Education, K-12 certification and has a Master of Arts in Education/Curriculum and Instruction.  Coach Dollar is currently coaching football, track, and teaching weight training as well to current students of HOCO.
