Kristen Hankins is one of the Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) Education teachers and Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Advisers here at Houston County High School. She joined the Houston County High School family in 2022. Kristen earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. She continued her education with UGA and will gain her masters degree in Spring 2023 in Workforce Education. Hankins has been passionate about FACS and FCCLA since high school where she completed both FACS pathways offered and was a two-term Georgia FCCLA state offer, and served on the Georgia FCCLA Board of Directors. Kristen is so excited to be apart of the HCHS family!
