Mr. Newsome has been working in education since 2022. He was excited to join the HCHS family in 2023. He teaches Civics & World Geography and Dual Enrollment US History. Additionally, he coaches baseball and softball. He attended UGA where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in History and Master of Arts in Teaching. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing and watching sports, spending time with his lovely new wife.
