Mike Brannon has been a high school science teacher since 2001 with 22 of those years spent teaching at Bleckley County High School in Cochran, GA. He earned a BS of Education in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia in 1994, an MS in Health Science from James Madison University in 1996 and an EdS in Secondary Science Education from Georgia College and State University in 2017. Prior to his teaching career, he was a pharmaceutical sales rep, an orthopedic technician and a traveling carnival performer. He is married to Dr. Jennifer Brannon, and they have two sons, Carter and Brady.
