Mrs. Minter attended the University of Georgia and Columbia College. She has been an educator since 1999. She worked as an elementary PE teacher until 2016. In 2016, she became a paraprofessional for Houston County Schools working at Veterans High School and the Transition Academy. In 2022, she became a teacher at Houston County High School. She is married and has three sons.
